The Kemp Head Immobilizer's large circular ear holes make it easy to monitor for bleeding and fluid drainage. Designed with no metal parts, the Kemp Head Immobilizer may be worn during x-rays, MRI, and CT scans, and is waterproof and buoyant, making it ideal for water rescues. Kemp's Head Immobilizer is compatible with any spineboard on the market (except EG and CJ boards).
